Applicants are required to provide valid supporting documents including: 

1. A copy of your HKID Card or other identification document
2. Copies of certificates of academic/professional qualifications
3. Official transcripts of your undergraduate and postgraduate studies sent to the Graduate School directly in a sealed envelope from the issuing universities. Copies of transcripts issued by HKSYU are accepted.
4. Confidential recommendations from each of your two academic referees sealed by the referees and posted directly to the Graduate School within 2 weeks from the date of submission of your application.
5. Proof of English proficiency sent directly to the Graduate School by examination bodies. TOEFL and IELTS scores are valid for two years from the test date. Please refer to the language requirements as specified by individual programmes.
6. Applicants who obtained degrees from universities in Mainland China are also required to provide valid online verification reports issued by the CHESICC (學信網).
